Please be aware that due to the characteristics of the hand woven fabric, there might be slight variations and differences between the products – this is not a fault.

We aim to ship all orders within 8 weeks due to all of our hand woven products are special / bespoke items. If your order is urgent we will always do our best to rush an order out for a special reason, so please DO email if you need something to arrive in a hurry.

When placing your order we charge a 50% deposit to cover our the material and labour cost for the production. The remainder is due when your item is completed.

 If you wish to cancel your order please contact us straight away by email within 7days. we will deal with your request.

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchases, so we will update you a few times by email with the pictures of your product made. However we understand sometimes things just don’t work out, so if you are unhappy with your order please let us know in writing via email within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Once the items are returned to us in their original condition (including packaging), you will receive a part of refund. It is a order-to-made product also we will make sure you will see steps of productions by pictures, please understand we need to charge you the material and labour cost for the production when you decide to return the product. We cannot reimburse your original payment. Refunds on postage however cannot be made. When returning items please obtain proof of postage as Momoka53 cannot be responsible for any goods that may be lost in transit.

Please notify us straightaway if the item(s) you receive are faulty in any way.
